Return and exchange conditions:
- A damaged or faulty product must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time the order is received.
- The product must be in the original condition in which it was received. It has not been opened or used.
- Proof of condition must be provided. Such as a clear picture of the damaged or faulty product with the order number.

2. Refunds
- Upon approval of the return request. The refund will be processed.

- Your refund may take up to 7-14 business days to appear in your account. depending on the policies of your bank or credit card company.

- If the product has been opened or used.
- If the issue is not reported within the specified time period (24 hours from receipt).

3. Cancellation of orders
- An order can be canceled as long as it has not been shipped or delivered to the delivery company.
